The Smartypants of Middle Tennessee

According to data collected from the 2019 U.S. Census, Williamson County has more college graduates compared to other counties in the Middle Tennessee area.




Over 50 percent of residents in Williamson County has some sort of college degree, this being a bachelor's degree or greater. Over 22 percent have received an graduates degree and almost 40 percent has a bachelor's degree. Compared to other counties in Middle Tennessee, such as Davidson and Rutherford, these numbers are outstanding. In comparison to Williamson county only 22 percent of residents have received a bachelors degree in Rutherford county and 26 percent in Davidson.
