Recent Crimes Reported to MTSU Police

This past semester members of the Middle Tennessee State University's campus police have seen a rise of various crimes around the university according to their documented reports
Campus police have been busy since January trying to keep the MTSU campus safe for students and faculty as they go about their daily lives . Many crimes have been committed within the boundaries of Middle Tennessee State University. These crimes range from vandalism to domestic violence among residents of dorm rooms.
There are numerous cases of individuals fleeing from an incident or a hit-and-run. In just a little over a week there were two instances of people running from a crime scene. There have also been two reports of individuals vandalizing property causing damages under $1,000 on each account. A citation was issued for Kenneth Major, 22 year old black male for fleeing the scene of an accident.
